Avatar: Fire and Ash Lands on Disney+ June 24
Disney dropped the streaming date for Avatar: Fire and Ash during its May 12 Upfront presentation, and the wait is almost over. The third chapter in James Cameron‘s Pandora saga hits Disney+ exclusively on June 24.
Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldaña return as Jake Sully and Neytiri, this time leading their family against the Ash People — a fire-worshipping clan allied with human invaders. Volcanic battles and heavy themes of loss are front and center, which sounds about right for a franchise that’s never been shy about making you feel things.

The film had already been available digitally since March 31, with a Blu-ray release following on May 19. For UK fans, Avatar: Fire and Ash is rated 12A by the BBFC and will be available on Disney+ UK on the same June 24 date — the platform runs £4.99/month with ads or £7.99/month ad-free, according to Which?.
Avatar: Fire and Ash
The film wrapped its theatrical run with $1.49 billion worldwide after opening December 19, 2025 — a number that makes the six-month window to streaming feel almost generous. Fans have been celebrating accordingly.
For anyone who wants a refresher before June 24, Avatar: The Way of Water is also streaming on Disney+. We’ll keep you posted on updates about Avatar: Fire and Ash as the project develops.
