Kyle Gallner and Raul Castillo Join Cast of Horror Film Inground
John Cho (Searching) and Alexandra Daddario (Mayfair Witches) already had us interested. Now, Kyle Gallner (Smile, Strange Darling) and Raul Castillo (Smile 2) have joined the cast of Inground, the upcoming horror thriller from director Aaron Katz (Gemini).
Inground follows a recently divorced father who attempts to reconnect with his young son by building a backyard swimming pool for them to enjoy over a long, hot summer. What begins as an exciting project turns into a terrifying nightmare. The script comes from Dan Dworkin (American Horror Story: 1984).

Filming is currently underway in Atlanta. Ridley Scott, Michael Pruss, and Sam Roston will produce for Scott Free Productions, with Nathan Klingher, Joshua Harris, and Ford Corbett producing for Gramercy Park. Peachtree Media Partners is financing.

Gallner can next be seen in Adam Carter Rehmeier‘s romantic thriller Carolina Caroline, alongside Samara Weaving, hitting theaters June 5. The full casting news was first reported by Deadline.
