The central plot ignites when a mysterious group of bombers levels a skyscraper in Rio de Janeiro. Creasy is drawn back into duty — not just to hunt the perpetrators, but to protect Rayburn’s daughter Poe, played by newcomer Billie Boullet, who witnesses the attack.
